Pilates Newsletter - January 2015

Welcome to you all at the start of the New Year 2015!

For some of you, the holiday season may have been a time when you were able to find time to exercise. For others, it may have been too hectic! So don't worry if you have not been able to do anything!

Use the first couple of weeks to ease yourself back into exercise. If you are really stiff, try taking regular walks or go swimming just to try to ease off stiffness and muscle tightness.

The main thing to remember when starting back is that you will not be at the same level as you were at the start of the holiday.

First class back in the new year?

Firstly, Happy New Year to all of AT Pilates valuable members! Hope it's going to be a very good, prosperous New Year for you all.

Now, back to what really matters.. PILATES!! So lets get back into our Pilates classes and carry on improving our postures and health.

When you come back for your first class. remember to pace yourself and not be too strenuous in your efforts to gain back lost fitness!

Regular Pilates Classes

AT Pilates classes run regularly in Horndean, Denmead and Waterlooville in Hampshire, UK.
