Can anyone practice Pilates?

We're sometimes asked "Can I practice Pilates?" or "Is Pilates for me?"

Most people can practice Pilates safely in a class situation but general classes are aimed at a general healthy body. Specific conditions may need a special programme so a class in this instance may not be the best option eg if you recently had a slipped disc/disc bulge within the past 12 months – private sessions would be advisable and more beneficial
